Get your home market-ready with these tips from Gianluca.
Declutter Before Listing
Less stuff = your home looks bigger. Pack off-season clothes, extra furniture, and personal photos before the first showing.
Deep Clean Everything
Buyers notice clean. Floors, windows, baseboards, light fixtures. If you can't do it yourself, hire a cleaner before photos.
Stage for Photos
Neutral décor, fresh flowers, open blinds. Your listing photos sell the home — make them count.
